My work
With over 30 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, I am able to tailor the work of psychotherapy so that my approach is unique to every client, fitting the needs and goals of each individual.
I am an active participant in the therapeutic process, specializing in psychotherapy for adults of all ages who may be experiencing academic, professional, relationship, and/or health-related concerns.
I very much enjoy helping clients to define and reach their goals. Such goals might include the lessening of emotional pain, including anxiety and depression, more effective communication with partners, family, friends and work colleagues, parenting issues and improving the quality of one’s daily life.
I provide individual psychotherapy, both short and long-term, as well as couples and family therapy.
Various web and teleconferencing platforms available for sessions.
Insurance accepted including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare and others.
